Hi, I’m Gabriela! Beyond the office, you’ll find me immersed in my favorite activities: cooking, reading, and running. I’m also cultivating my piano and painting skills. While I’m not a maestro or a master artist just yet, my family insists there’s hidden talent waiting to shine. In the meantime, I’m having a blast learning and improving.

These passions keep me energized and inspired, and I hope they bring a little extra joy to my work with you. Looking forward to meeting you!

Registered Dental Assistant

Hello! I’m Melissa, an Orthodontic Assistant and Registered Dental Assistant with over 7 years of experience in orthodontics. I’ve developed a true passion for connecting with patients and helping create beautiful smiles.

Outside of work, I love hiking the scenic trails of Sonoma County and spending quality time with family and friends. I’m also on a quest to find the best espresso—if you have any recommendations, I’d love to hear them!

Treatment Coordinator

Hello! I’m Hilda! Originally from Jalisco Mexico but raised in the beautiful town of Sonoma.

As a mother of three children, two dogs and a cat. I enjoy a quiet hike at Sonoma overlook trail or a stroll around the plaza on a Tuesday night.

I started out as a patient and now I work for this wonderful office as a treatment coordinator.

In the past I worked in customer service and in finance for 28 years. I enjoy helping and connecting with the community I grew up in. Can’t wait to say hello and see you in the office!!

Financial Coordinator

Hi, I’m Carry! I’m the financial coordinator for both practices, and I’m excited to meet you. As a veteran, military spouse, and mom of three, I understand the importance of community and support. Over the past 18 years, I’ve had the pleasure of living in beautiful places like Cape Cod and Kauai to name a few.

With a decade of experience in the dental and insurance field, I’m here to assist you in any way I can to help you achieve the smile you’ve always dreamed of and truly deserve.

In my free time, I enjoy crocheting, cooking, hiking, and camping. I also love riding my Peloton daily, so you might find me on the leaderboard!

I look forward to working with you and providing the comfort and care you need on your journey to a brighter smile.

Dental Assistant

Hi! I’m Andrea, one of Dr. Riano’s assistants. I was born and raised in Sonoma and enjoy hearing about all the things going on in our little town. I have been assisting for 5+ years and plan on attending Dental School in the future. You’ll find me going to concerts, snowboarding in the winter, and eating good food at my favorite restaurants. From Seahawk, to Hornet, to Dragon, and now Aggie Alumna, I can’t wait to see all of your smiles at our office!

Hello! My name is Rubi, I am a dental assistant and have been working in orthodontics since 2022. I love coming to work not only to assist in changing smiles but to really connect with all our amazing patients! Aside from work I am a busy student at the University of Davis, where I will graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and plan to attend Dental School. In my free time I enjoy hiking, exploring nature, cooking, spending time with my family and catching up with friends. I look forward to meeting you and assisting you in the best way possible!
